Copaleros, sahumadores, are tools to bring remembrance to our ancestors. The Mexihcah believed the popoxcomitl is considered a feminine container, due to its cup shape being the belly that is supported by cervix which is the base. with the smoke we are remembering that we come for the earth, that we are fire, air, and water and that we carry the universe within us. These vessels unify, purify ,illuminate, bring love and protection our hearts. It is also a tool to give thanks to our guides and protectors. With this vessel we also salute the four directions. This vessel elevates prayers, brings balance into our lives.
Él Sahumador será mediador entre el cielo y la tierra, entre el espíritu y la materia, entre los seres vivos y los ya trascendidos.
